Role Description The Backend Dev Intern role at FirstJobIndia is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services, APIs, and database integrations that support the company’s platforms and tools. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and productive code, debugging and resolving technical issues, collaborating with other developers and product team members, and participating in code reviews. The intern will also help improve system performance, implement security best practices, and contribute to documentation for backend features and workflows. Qualifications




- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and solve technical problems effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with team members, document work clearly, and share progress in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess foundational Software Development skills, including understanding of backend frameworks, databases, and version control tools.
- Candidates should possess Programming skills in one or more languages commonly used for backend development (such as Python, Java, Node.js, or similar).
- Candidates should possess basic awareness of Sales and business processes, enabling them to understand product requirements and user needs.
- Relevant coursework or projects in computer science, information technology, or related fields are preferred.
