- 57 years of strong hands-on experience in Python Development
- Strong experience in FastAPI / REST API development
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ / Message Queues
- Strong knowledge of SQLAlchemy ORM and Alembic
- Robust understanding of Multithreading, Multiprocessing, Async Programming and performance optimization
- Experience in Unit Testing and writing scalable, maintainable code
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering / Vibe Coding
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar
- Ability to review and optimize AI-generated code
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Nice to Have
- AI/ML or LLM integration experience
