- Regional Sales Manager Looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and market expansion across Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Build, recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing sales team
- Own sales targets and P&L; for the allocated region
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Drive lead generation, conversion and market expansion
- Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers & Builders
- Establish sales processes, policies and customer service standards
- Monitor sales pipeline, performance and market intelligence
- Identify market opportunities, strengths and gaps
- Support the sales team in converting leads into business
- Drive customer experience and revenue growth Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Building Materials / Construction Materials industry
- Previous experience as Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of Hyderabad, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh markets
- Minimum 5 years of experience working across the Hyderabad/Telangana/AP market




- Strong existing network with Architects, Interior Designers and Builders
- Experience in managing, mentoring and developing sales teams
- Strong negotiation, presentation and leadership skills
- Data-driven approach with excellent sales pipeline management
- Exposure to the manufacturing industry preferred
- Minimum qualification: B.
Com or equivalent degree Relevant Product/Industry Exposure Experience with building products such as uPVC & Aluminium Door/Window Systems, Structural Glazing, Railing Systems, Bug Mesh Systems, Invisible Grills or Internal Partition Systems will be an advantage.
