Role Description The Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, supporting business development activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting in planning and execution of organizational initiatives. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to process improvements.



The Executive will also support leadership in decision-making by preparing reports, summaries, and presentations. Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid organizational, documentation, and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industry practices and regulatory considerations (experience in compounding or cosmetics is an advantage).
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools) and comfort with learning new digital systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate effectively in a team, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an executive, coordinator, or operations support role will be considered an asset.
