Position : Production Assistant Department: Production Experience : 0-1 Year

About the Role
We are looking for a Production Assistant to support our production team in the day-to-day manufacturing activities of industrial pumps. The ideal candidate should be a technically inclined, responsible, and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and develop practical knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the production team in daily pump manufacturing and assembly activities.
- Support supervisors and production engineers in achieving daily production targets.
- Coordinate with shop-floor operators for smooth production activities.
- Assist in monitoring assembly, machining, testing, and finishing processes.
- Maintain basic production records, checklists, and documentation.
- Ensure materials, components, tools,



and drawings are available as required.
- Follow company procedures related to quality, safety, and 5S.
- Assist in identifying and reporting production issues, defects, or material shortages.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Purchase departments whenever required. Qualification:
- Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience:
0-1 year Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and mechanical components.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on the manufacturing shop floor.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
