We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships through phone and digital channels. The role involves customer engagement, need analysis, cross-selling banking/financial products, and achieving assigned sales targets. VRM roles typically combine relationship management with virtual customer interaction and product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop customer relationships through calls and digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking, insurance, investment, loan and other financial products.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Update customer interactions, leads and follow-ups in CRM.
- Ensure customer retention and relationship deepening.
- Maintain service quality and follow company compliance/process guidelines. Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, BFSI, banking or customer relationship management.
- Robust English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
