Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex domain Strong proficiency in Python and Java Full-stack development experience including modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, or equivalent) Proven ability to work independently, drive projects autonomously, and take accountability for outcomes Robust communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders Experience in Agile delivery environments with a track record of shipping high-quality software Nice to Have Exposure to or genuine interest in financial markets, investment management, or capital markets workflows Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and data warehouse technologies (Snowflake or equivalent) Familiarity with agentic frameworks or AI-powered application development Experience working in multi-vendor, enterprise-scale environments Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
