Only candidates holding a valid ODS Certification will be eligible for consideration Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Clinical Oncology Professional to join our team as a Senior Medical Reviewer. The role involves reviewing, interpreting, and managing complex oncology patient data while ensuring high standards of accuracy and clinical relevance. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of oncology care, diagnostics, staging, and treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Data Review & Management
- Review and analyze patient medical records, pathology reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
- Interpret complex oncology-related clinical information with accuracy. Data Abstraction
- Extract and document key clinical data elements, including:
- Cancer diagnosis and staging
- Biomarker and molecular testing results
- Treatment regimens
- Patient outcomes
- Adverse events
- Abstract data from Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and other healthcare systems. Quality Assurance
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.




- Adhere to established clinical abstraction guidelines and quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with data scientists, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to improve data quality and workflow efficiency. Process Improvement
- Contribute to the enhancement of abstraction guidelines, operational processes, and technical workflows aligned with evolving oncology best practices. Qualifications & Skills Education Life Sciences Graduate or equivalent qualification. Clinical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- TNM staging
- Histology and grading
- Biomarkers
- Chemotherapy
- Immunotherapy
- Radiation therapy Technical Skills
- Proficient in navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and healthcare data platforms. Analytical Skills
- Excellent attention to detail with robust analytical and medical record review capabilities. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in clinical data abstraction, medical chart review, or health registry reporting.
