Role Description: This remote Software Intern role offers hands-on experience contributing to the development of KISAN-365’s agri-focused e-commerce platform. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with software development and programming assignments, implementing and testing features, and helping to maintain and improve existing codebases. The intern may work with databases to support application functionality, participate in basic software design discussions, and collaborate with team members on bug fixes and quality improvements. This is an internship position designed to build practical skills, provide exposure to real-world product development, and support the technical growth of emerging software professionals. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Software Design to contribute to feature implementation and system architecture.
- Candidates should possess Programming skills (e.g., in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript) for writing, debugging,



and optimising code.
- Candidates should possess database skills (e.g., SQL or NoSQL systems) to support data storage, retrieval, and integration tasks.
- Candidates should possess Testing skills for validating functionality, identifying issues, and supporting quality assurance.
- Familiarity with web or mobile application development frameworks is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment is important.
