About the Role
A brand specializing in bridal collections and designer ethnic wear, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee showroom operations, manage the sales team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone with a solid background in bridal wear, ethnic fashion, designer boutiques or premium fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the sales and fashion consultant team.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Handle premium customers and ensure a personalized shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory, stock management and product availability.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Manage customer queries, feedback and escalations.
- Track sales reports, team performance and business growth.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements and business updates. Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Prior experience in bridal wear, ethnic wear,



designer boutiques or premium fashion retail is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bridal collections, lehengas, sarees and designer ethnic wear.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement.
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of inventory management and showroom operations.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to drive business growth. Preferred Candidate Background Candidates currently or previously associated with:
- Bridal and designer wear showrooms
- Premium ethnic wear brands
- Luxury fashion retail stores
- Wedding couture boutiques
