- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, fabrication methods, and sheet metal design.
- Experience in designing SPMs, jigs & fixtures, conveyors, and lifting systems.
- Ability to perform FEA and basic stress/thermal analysis.
- Good knowledge of material properties and MOC (Material of Construction) selection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
