* 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM We are looking for a **Marketing & Lead Management Executive*
* to manage student leads, drive enrollment opportunities, coordinate with education agents, and build strong partner relationships. ###

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound student & parent inquiries.
* Qualify leads and drive follow-ups for enrollment conversion.
* Generate leads through social media, schools, colleges, webinars, events, referrals, and other channels.
* Explain courses, admission processes, fees, eligibility, and scholarships.
* Schedule admission interviews and counseling sessions.
* Maintain accurate CRM and lead follow-up records.
* Coordinate with international education agents and consultancy partners.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
* Support agent onboarding, agreements, commissions, and documentation.
* Prepare and maintain agent kits, brochures, course information,



and application documents.
* Conduct product-knowledge sessions for education agents. ### Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
* **1–3 years of experience*
* in marketing, sales, lead generation, education consultancy, student recruitment, telesales, or business development preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
* Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion abilities.
* Valuable knowledge of MS Office, CRM, email, and social media platforms.
* Comfortable working in the **5:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift**. **Key
