RNP TECH PTE LTD is looking for a Virtual Reality (VR) & Augmented Reality (AR) Developer to create interactive applications for workplace safety, training and real-world simulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop immersive VR training scenarios and AR applications.
- Build interactive safety simulations, including hazard identification, equipment operation and emergency response.
- Integrate 3D models, animations, spatial audio and user interactions.
- Connect applications with backend APIs and learning platforms.
- Implement assessment scoring, user progress tracking and training reports.
- Test and optimise applications for performance, usability and user comfort. Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Unity and C# .
- Experience developing for VR headsets or mobile AR.
- Familiarity with OpenXR, XR Interaction Toolkit, AR Foundation, ARCore or ARKit , depending on the project.
- Understanding of 3D environments, physics, animation and interaction design.




- Experience with REST APIs, Git and debugging.
- A portfolio showcasing working VR/AR projects. Added Advantage
- Experience with Meta Quest devices.
- Knowledge of Blender, Unreal Engine or WebXR.
- Experience creating industrial simulations or safety training applications.
- Familiarity with LMS integration and learning analytics. ?
