About This Role Lead our payroll outsourcing vertical. Oversee payroll processing for multiple clients ensuring 100% accuracy and statutory compliance across ESI, EPF, and skilled tax.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 15+ client accounts
• Ensure timely ESI, EPF, PT, and TDS payments and returns
• Handle payroll reconciliations and employee queries
• Implement payroll best practices
• Liaise with statutory authorities Requirements
• Graduate/Post-graduate in Commerce or HR
• 6+ years in payroll and compliance
• Expert knowledge of ESI, EPF, PT, and income tax deductions
• Experience with GreytHR/Keka/Ramco
• High attention to detail
