Handling OSD Plant Machines breakdown I.e (Compression/ Granulation/ Coating) Handling other engineering equipment in the OSD manufacturing facility through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, while ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor critical parameters and ensure timely maintenance.
• Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for specialized maintenance.
• Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain equipment history cards and maintenance records.
• Analyze breakdown trends and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely closure of maintenance work orders. GMP & Documentation
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP), and data integrity requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, logbooks and equipment history.
• Support preparation and revision of SOPs, preventive maintenance procedures and checklists.
• Participate in investigations related to equipment breakdowns, deviations and CAPA.
• Support qualification/validation activities such as DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ wherever applicable.
