4+ years Surat Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QA AI Automation Lead Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software testing and automation. The candidate will lead QA activities, develop automation frameworks, and drive AI-assisted testing to improve product quality and testing efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the QA team and manage day-to-day testing activities.
- Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and API applications.
- Create and execute automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Handle API testing and automation using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Integrate automation testing with CI/CD pipelines.
- Review test cases, automation scripts, and test results.
- Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams.
- Utilize AI-assisted testing tools for test-case generation, test optimization, and test analysis.
- Improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall QA processes.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and ensure timely delivery of testing initiatives. Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing.
- Experience in team handling, mentoring, or QA leadership.
- Robust knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
- Good programming knowledge in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with API testing, Postman, and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and Agile methodology.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience or exposure to AI-assisted testing / AI testing tools.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
