The opportunity We are looking for analytical engineering graduates who want to develop into professional US equity intraday traders. You do not need to be an experienced trader. We are interested in people who can observe patterns, ask good questions, analyze evidence, and develop their own understanding of market behavior. You will work alongside other researchers and traders at our Chennai trading floor. What you will do
• Study US equity market behavior and intraday price action.
• Use proprietary market-screening and analytical tools to investigate trading opportunities.
• Develop and test hypotheses about market patterns.
• Create custom screening conditions and strategy ideas.
• Analyze historical and live market data.
• Document research findings and trading decisions.
• Participate in structured simulated trading.
• Follow defined risk-management and trading procedures.
• Progress toward eligibility for live trading based on documented performance and applicable requirements. Programming, Python, statistics, or personal trading experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. Requirements Who should apply? You may be a good fit if you:

• Understand that trading performance is uncertain and requires disciplined risk management. Evaluation and progression Candidates undergo a structured evaluation that includes market education, research assignments, platform training, and simulated trading. The evaluation period may extend up to 90 days, depending on the candidate's progress and applicable program requirements. Successful candidates may progress toward live trading subject to documented performance, risk-management standards, and the requirements of the relevant capital provider. Progression is not guaranteed. Compensation and transparency This is a performance-based chance without a fixed salary during the evaluation period. The applicable profit-sharing arrangement, trading rules, evaluation requirements, and progression conditions will be explained before candidates commit to the program.
