Airoli, Maharashtra, India | Work Model: Hybrid To manage and execute end-to-end Fixed Assets including support to month end closing activities. Responsibilities
• Identify and classify Capital Expenditure and Operating Expenditure line items
• Analyze Assets Under Construction documents and execute end-to-end capitalization process
• Track capital projects, costs, and completion milestones
• Collaborate with project engineers and site controllers to resolve open items
• Manage fixed asset transitions for assigned entities
• Perform month-end closing functions
• Conduct service calls per Governance model and provide mitigation plans
• Adhere to Work Instructions & SOPs as per GBS governance
• Maintain solid relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Drive process improvement initiatives
