Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Fenergo Platform Specialist to support a portfolio of business critical applications and related business processes. The role combines implementation, application support, data investigation, documentation, testing support, release support, and user enablement. The successful candidate will partner with business users, technology teams, vendors, and project teams to deliver FenX implementation and enhancements, provide BAU support, investigate issues, support production operations, document processes, execute testing, and help deliver high-quality business solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning current applications, solving complex problems, and communicating technical concepts in a way that is meaningful to business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Fenergo platform specialist and primary support resource for Credit Risk and Compliance teams partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors

• Provide platform implementation as well as support for FenX application and serve as a primary point of contact for user questions and issue resolution.

• Investigate application, data, workflow,



and integration issues through root cause analysis. • Research unfamiliar functionality using vendor documentation, knowledge bases, release notes, and internal resources.

• Document user guides, knowledge articles, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, workflow documentation, and standard operating procedures.

• Support application configuration activities including business rules, configurable forms, workflow routing, and reference data where appropriate.

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) using established test plans.

• Validate defects, document findings, coordinate issue resolution, and verify fixes.

• Support production releases, deployments, smoke testing, and post-release validation.

• Write SQL queries to investigate production issues and validate data.

• Work with technical teams to understand data movement between applications, interfaces, and databases.

• Communicate effectively with business users, translating technical findings into clear, actionable information.
