Job Description:

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for technical requirements.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates, account managers, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and support offer negotiations.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Meet daily and weekly submission targets.

Requirements:

- 25 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
