Job Responsibilities

1. Identify new business opportunities in the elevator industry.
2. Generate leads through builders, architects, contractors and construction companies.
3. Visit customer sites and understand elevator requirements.
4. Promote residential, commercial, passenger and home elevator solutions.
5. Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders.
6. Coordinate with the technical team for site inspections and quotations.
7. Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
8. Maintain daily sales activities and customer follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
9. Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
10. Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Experience: Freshers only.
- Education:



Any Degree / BBA / MBA / BE / B.Tech.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid interest in sales, marketing and business development.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Tamil communication skills required; English communication preferred.
