Job Description

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer (L1) with experience in the Life Insurance domain to provide application support, troubleshoot technical issues, and support database and API-related operations.

Must-Have Skills

- Life Insurance Domain: Mandatory
- Application Support Engineer – L1
- PL/SQL
- PostgreSQL Database
- Postman API
- ITIL Processes

Positive-to-Have Skill

- Python: Optional, not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 application support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Monitor applications and respond to incidents and service requests.




- Write and execute SQL queries using PL/SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Test and validate APIs using Postman.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support business applications in the Life Insurance domain.
