Key Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in Medical Coding.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, with an official Team Leader designation.
- Robust experience in Multi-Specialty Medical Coding.
- Active and valid CPC or CCS certification is mandatory.
- Apprentice certification will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of medical coding guidelines, quality, productivity, and auditing processes.
- Good team handling, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.
- Open to candidates for Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
