Job Responsibilities

- Provide online technical support for solar inverters through phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote communication.
- Coordinate with customers, EPC teams, installers, field engineers, and inverter OEMs.
- Handle inverter fault complaints, error codes, and troubleshooting requests.
- Coordinate inverter replacement, warranty claims, and service requests with OEM.
- Collect and verify inverter details, including model number, serial number, fault details, and installation information.
- Maintain complaint trackers, service records, and replacement status reports.
- Follow up on pending complaints until resolution.
- Coordinate with dispatch for replacement inverter delivery and maintain dispatch records.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports of resolved and pending cases.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering,



Electronics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, grid-connected inverters, and hybrid inverters.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple service complaints and follow up systematically.
- Experience in solar inverter technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant electrical knowledge can also be considered.Practical Skills to Test
- Identify inverter model and serial numbers from a sample datasheet.
- Prepare a sample service complaint entry in Excel.
- Draft an email to an OEM requesting technical support or inverter replacement.
- Explain the steps for handling a recent complaint through resolution.
- Demonstrate clear communication while handling a simulated customer complaint
