Qualification & Knowledge & Certification:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
- Knowledge of paint shop systems spray booths, ovens, conveyors, utilities, HVAC, VOC systems, and fire safety equipment. Familiarity with tendering, project costing, and EPC contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and CRM tools.

Total Experience: 36 years of experience in sales/business development of EPC projects, preferably in paint shops, surface treatment, or industrial automation.

Key Objective of this position: The role involves lead generation, client engagement, preparation of proposals, and coordination with engineering and project teams to deliver competitive solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background and solid interest in industrial sales and automotive paint shop solutions.

Job Responsibilities / Duties of the Role Occupant:

- Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities in automotive paint shops and related EPC projects.
- Assist in preparing technical-commercial proposals,



cost estimates, and tender submissions in collaboration with engineering/estimation teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients and project opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand requirements and propose solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM / sales pipeline to track leads, opportunities, and order status.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and execution teams to ensure accuracy of proposals and feasibility of solutions.
- Assist in negotiation support and documentation for contract finalization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
