1- Perform dimensional inspection of components using CMM as per control plans and drawings.

2- Create, modify, and validate CMM inspection programs.

3- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications.

4- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and measurement records.

5- Calibrate and verify CMM equipment as per schedule.

6- Analyze measurement data and identify non-conformities.

7- Support production, quality, and development teams during problem-solving activities.

8- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.

9- Ensure MSA studies, gauge R&R;, and measurement system validation.

10- Participate in internal and external quality audits.

11- Maintain proper documentation as per ISO/IATF requirements.

12-Train operators and inspectors on measurement techniques when required.etc.
