Job Description

We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates to join our team as Operations Executives at our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day operational activities and back-office tasks.
- Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare providers,



and international assistance partners as required.
- Manage emails, calls, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and update operational reports.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; experienced candidates will also be considered.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email handling.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and learn current processes.
