- Should have experience in construction of Residential and Commercial Projects.
- Should be able to work out Quantities of various construction items (i.e. RCC, finishing etc) as per drawing, Contractors bill checking as per site/drawings, Reconciliation of free issue materials.
- Should have the ability to collaborate effectively with project team, Store team and contractors.
- Should be well versed with AutoCAD and MS Excel for quantification and interpretation of drawings.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- B.E. Civil /Diploma in Civil Engineering
- AUTO CAD
- MS Office (Experience in Excel must)
