Any Graduate with one year of documented experience can apply.
Salary:- Upto 30K CTC
Six Days of working
One Rotational Week Off
Roles & Responsibilities,
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Manage customer orders, returns, and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or manager.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
