Senior Analyst – Wealth Credit Transaction Management (5–10 years)

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as a key execution and quality lead for UHNIs across Wealth Credit transaction management activities, supporting complex and non-standard Products - Securities (MarginLombard) Lending, Real Estate backed Lending (CRE), Tailored (Structured) Lending, Skilled Practice Financing.
- Independently review and interpret credit and legal documentation like credit agreement, Approval memo, Term Sheets, Security and Pledge agreement, UCC Filing etc, translating approved terms into system-ready configurations and monitoring rules.
- Lead facility setup, booking validation, and lifecycle event management, including amendments, renewals, and restructures.
- Perform and oversee covenant and collateral monitoring such as LTV checks, margin monitoring including breach identification, escalation, and remediation coordination.
- Serve as a checker and mentor for analysts, ensuring accuracy, control adherence, timely delivery and provide training and guidance to new joiners.




- Support regulatory-driven data remediation and reconciliation efforts (e.g., Y-14, SNC, FR Y-2052a) where transaction data feeds into reporting.

Experience & Skill Set Required

- 5–10 years of experience in wealth credit operations, transaction management, or complex lending operations, with exposure to Private Banking or Investment Finance portfolios.
- Strong understanding of wealth lending structures, including margin/Lombard facilities, bespoke secured lending, SPVs, trusts, and holding company structures along with an understanding of underwriting process.
- Hands-on experience with loan systems and credit platforms (Loan IQ, Flexcube, AFS or similar).
- Proven experience in covenant tracking, collateral monitoring, exception handling, and lifecycle oversight.
- Ability to implement tasks and projects with minimal supervision, exercise judgment on non-standard transactions, and operate in audit and regulator facing environments.
