Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement product strategies for Commercial Vehicle and Used Car financing.
- Design product policies, pricing strategies, and risk parameters.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, IT, and Compliance teams for seamless product implementation.
- Monitor portfolio performance, product profitability, and customer acquisition trends.
- Drive product enhancements and digital initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Prepare business cases and product proposals for management approval.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Conduct regular product training and support business teams in product rollouts.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions where necessary

Preferred candidate profile

prior experience in an NBFC, bank or financial services company.

Experience in commercial Vechile Finance & Used Car Finance
