Role: Engineering Head

Experience: 15-20 Years

Location: Nalagarh (Himachal Pradesh)

- Head the Engineering department and take overall charge of operation and maintenance of plant and utility equipment.
- Oversee engineering planning, control and troubleshooting.
- Plan and manage engineering projects, delivering within time, cost and scope targets, with proper resource allocation.
- Coordinate with Production to ensure consistent output and optimal use of utilities, manpower and machines.
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve man and machine utilisation.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration are completed as per schedule.
- Maintain statutory records and coordinate with external agencies for maintenance, calibration and validation.




- Maintain stock of critical spare parts for utility equipment and machinery.
- Lead equipment qualification (URS/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), cleaning validation and water validation.
- Handle deviations, CAPA and incident investigations, and conduct risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP and Positive Documentation Practices.
- Implement best-practice engineering methods, systems and procedures for smooth operations.
- Lead, mentor and train the engineering team, and delegate tasks based on individual strengths and experience.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and top management, and support organisational goals and strategies.
