Senior Analyst - Lease Administration

Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals for the role of Senior Analyst Lease Administration with solid expertise in Lease Abstraction, Budgeting, and CAM Reconciliation within the US Real Estate domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and related documentation.
- Extract and summarize key lease information, including lease terms, rental details, and critical dates.
- Accurately enter abstracted data into the client ERP system.
- Perform budgeting and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliation.
- Validate expense pools, allocations, tenant charges, and recovery calculations.
- Prepare reconciliation summaries, finalize CAM reconciliations, and post true-up charges.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.




- Prepare reports and communicate with clients for lease-related clarifications.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Lease Abstraction, Budgeting, and CAM Reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of the US Commercial Real Estate domain.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good typing speed and precision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work in any shift.
- Mandatory Work from Office.

- Candidates with a notice period of more than 30 days are not eligible.
- CA and CMA candidates are not eligible.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred.
