Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of overall BPO experience.
- On paper Manager Operations is a must.
- Experience handling front-line operations in a Fintech process is mandatory.
- Prior experience in voice-based campaigns is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving operational KPIs and business targets.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-handling skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Must be comfortable arranging independent transportation during early-morning or late-night shifts.
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement qualifications will be an added advantage.
