Job Description:

Site RA Billing & Subcontract Billing Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit client RA bills based on actual site measurements and executed quantities.
- Prepare and verify subcontractor bills as per BOQ, work orders, and contract terms.
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB), quantity records, and billing documentation.
- Verify site work progress and coordinate with site engineers for measurements.
- Check BOQ quantities, rates, extra items, and deviation statements.
- Reconcile executed quantities, materials, and previous bills.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for bill certification and approval.
- Maintain billing trackers and submit periodic billing reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4-7 years of experience in site RA billing and subcontractor billing.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Experience in infrastructure,Irrigation(Canal) STP/WTP, or pipeline projects preferred.
