Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 4 Years BE/BTech/Bachelors degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentations and Control, Electronics and communication, Electronics and Electrical/Mechanical
- Minimum of 12 to 15 Years of relevant experience.
- Ideally, should have led a team of min 15 -20 in a previous role, either functionally or as a people manager.
- Certifications shall be added advantage.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Technical Skills:

- Commissioning Expertise:
- Extensive experience in the commissioning of digital building solutions/BMS, particularly within Data Centers.
- Proven commissioning experience IBMS- CCTV, PA system, FAS & security system, HVAC, GSS, Leak water deduction etc.,
- Proven experience in CPM (Chiller Plant Manager)
- Work experience on soft communication – Modbus (RS 485), Modbus TCP/IP, CanOpen, Profinet, Profibus, BACnet, SNMP, OPC UA, OPC DA, IEC (61850,60870-5), DNP3
- Proficiency in conducting functional testing, performance verification, and system integration.

- Software Knowledge:
- EBO (EcoStruxure Building Operation): In-depth knowledge of EBO for building management and automation, including configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.

- PME (Power Monitoring Expert): Solid understanding of PME software for energy monitoring and management, including data analysis and reporting.
- ECE (EcoStruxure Control Expert): In-depth knowledge of control expert PLC logics software in terms of logics development and commissioning.
- PSO (EcoStruxure Power SCADA Operations): In-depth knowledge of power scada and its features in terms development, configuration and trouble shooting.
- Familiarity with other relevant software tools, such as:




- BMS (Building Management Systems): Knowledge of different BMS platforms and their integration with EBO.
- DDC (Direct Digital Control) Systems: Understanding of DDC systems for HVAC and environmental control.

- SCADA Systems: Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems for real-time monitoring and control. Schneider Local HMI/Wonderware Intouch/ Wonderware System Platform/ is added advantage.
- Product Knowledge:

- Familiarity with Schneider Electric products related to digital buildings, including:
- EcoStruxure™ solutions for energy management and automation.
- Smart panels and circuit breakers.
- Sensors and IoT devices for building monitoring.

- Knowledge of industry standards such as ASHRAE, LEED, and ISO certifications relevant to building performance and sustainability.
- Proficiency on M580 HSBY PLC/DDC

- Technical Documentation and Standards:
- Understand the customer RFQs and should be able to design the system inline to that.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and control diagrams.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards governing electrical systems, safety, and building automation.

- Data Analysis:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Ability to use software for troubleshooting and optimizing system performance based on collected data.

- Cybersecurity Awareness:
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles related to building management systems to ensure secure operations.Role & responsibilities:
