Job Title: Secondary Teacher

Role & responsibilities

Teaching Your Subject (60% of time)

- Teach Mathematics and Science to secondary grade students.
- Design lesson plans, unit goals, and interactive laboratory experiments.
- Conduct regular tests to identify and bridge learning gaps.
- Foster a rigorous, positive classroom focused on critical thinking.
- Update parents regularly on student growth and performance.

Student Mentorship (20% of time)

- Mentor a designated cohort of 1520 students.
- Build actionable plans to improve attendance and study habits.
- Guide high school students with career orientation and stream selection.




- Exchange effective mentorship strategies with the broader teaching team.

School Projects & Leadership (20% of time)

- Partner with senior leadership to execute STEM fairs and Math Olympiads.
- Drive school events like Annual Day, Sports Day, and Hobby Clubs.
- Support and mentor incoming teachers to build collective leadership

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Any Graduate

- Experience: 1 to 5 years of teaching experience. Candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience teaching secondary grades are preferred.
