Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvements.
- Support UAT and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Track project progress and manage stakeholder communication.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates from premium institutes preferred.
Note: Immediate joiners and based in Bengaluru are preferred.
