We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive with two wheelers to sell Namkeen, Snacks, etc. to retail shops in Kolkata.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate prices and close deals with retailers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.
- Ability to lift and transport heavy products.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
