Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 0–1 year of experience to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in IT recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job descriptions (JDs) and identify suitable candidates for IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and interest.




- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT recruitment and technical job roles.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Candidates with internship experience or exposure to recruitment will be preferred.
