Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 15 years of experience in blue-collar manpower recruitment, overseas manpower supply, and workforce deployment, particularly in the Dubai/UAE market.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end blue-collar manpower recruitment and deployment for Dubai/UAE projects.
- Manage bulk recruitment and deployment of painters, labourers, civil workers, fixers, steel fixers, shuttering carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled and unskilled workers.
- Coordinate with Dubai-based clients, contractors, construction companies, and manpower suppliers.
- Understand project manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment of the required workforce.
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, trade testing, documentation, and mobilisation.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements, deployment schedules, and workforce availability.
- Handle overseas recruitment documentation,



visa processing coordination, medicals, and travel arrangements in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with UAE clients and recruitment partners.
- Manage recruitment teams and ensure efficient execution of bulk manpower projects.
- Monitor deployment targets, recruitment timelines, and client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates who have previously worked with overseas manpower consultancy firms, recruitment agencies, construction manpower suppliers, or companies involved in Dubai/UAE workforce deployment will be preferred.

Target Candidate: An experienced manpower skilled who can independently manage bulk blue-collar recruitment and deployment for Dubai projects.
