Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and up-to-date JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Experience in NestJS will be added advantage
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Develop reusable front-end components using React.js, Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries such as Redux.
- Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers,



and Business Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and application security initiatives.
- Oversee database design, optimization, and integration using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ensure adherence to CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and automated testing strategies.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, release management, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions for complex challenges.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Full Stack Development with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, Hooks, and modern React design patterns.
- Extensive experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other database technologies.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management.
