Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of production machines and equipment.
- Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment with minimum downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment issues.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and modification activities.
- Execute preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of spare parts and consumables.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve machine-related issues.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards during maintenance activities.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reliability.
- Update maintenance activities in SAP/CMMS, if applicable.

Job Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting production machinery.
- Basic knowledge of motors, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC systems.
- Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
