Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Employee Central solutions. The consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end EC implementations, managing HR master data processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR processes and Employee Central.
- Configure and maintain Employee Central components including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).




- Implement and support employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational changes.
- Configure workflows, event reasons, employee data models, and security settings.
- Support integrations between Employee Central and other SAP SuccessFactors modules or third-party systems.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and remote project teams.

Required Skills

- 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with solid expertise in Employee Central (EC).
- Hands-on experience in Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, and RBP.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end EC implementation project.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and employee data management.
- Experience with data migration and import/export activities.
- Knowledge of integrations with SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
