Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan production activities to meet customer orders on time, ensuring quality standards are met.

- Coordinate with various departments (Stores, Purchase, Quality) to ensure smooth material flow.

- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work workplace.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to machinery breakdowns or equipment failures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing industry or similar field.

- Diploma holder in relevant discipline .

- Strong understanding of production engineering principles, including product planning, process control, and quality assurance.

- Proficiency in using software tools such as ERP systems for data analysis and reporting.
