- CNC Operation & Setup: Operate and set up CNC machines as per technical drawings and production requirements.
- Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Process & Production Support: Support production activities, troubleshoot machine issues, and ensure smooth workflow to meet production targets.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace safety procedures, machine operating guidelines, and company policies to maintain a safe working workplace.
Education and Experience
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in CNC Turning operations, including tool setting, insert selection, and tool life management.
- Experience in machining and turning of metal or polymer components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, control plans, and work instructions.
- Fluency in Kannada and English.
