Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive / Sr. Executive to manage reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, and process automation. The ideal candidate should possess robust Excel skills, reporting expertise, and the ability to derive business insights through trend and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
- Perform variance analysis and root cause analysis to support business decisions.
- Design and manage Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and interactive dashboards.
- Automate recurring reports using VBA Macros, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency.
- Create forecasting models and performance metrics reports.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor KPI performance and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis requirements.
