Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in UAE recruitment. UAE hiring experience is mandatory, along with experience recruiting for other international markets.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for UAE-based positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage recruitment for UAE as well as other international countries/markets.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, salary, notice period, and other requirements.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, offers, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Understand international hiring requirements and market-specific recruitment practices.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain positive candidate experience.

Mandatory Requirements

- Prior UAE recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Experience in international/overseas recruitment.
- Should have recruited for UAE + at least one other international market.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling the complete recruitment lifecycle.
