Position Overview:

- Designation: System Administrator
- Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad (onsite)
- Shift: Rotational
- Working Days: 6 Days

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 support for incidents, service requests, and infrastructure issues
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and AWS environments
- Manage servers, endpoints, firewalls, VPNs, backups, and security controls
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud-related issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Support IT operations, disaster recovery, and infrastructure upgrades
- Mentor L1 engineers and ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4-6 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support




- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS)
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, virtualization, and endpoint management
- Experience with backup, recovery, security, and infrastructure monitoring tools
- Hands-on experience with ITSM/Ticketing systems
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience supporting UK, US, or Australian clients is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Azure or AWS certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
