Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic sales qualified to drive retail and distribution sales across the Construction Chemicals product portfolio within an assigned state or multiple states. The role will focus on business growth, distribution expansion, team development, and strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales of the complete Construction Chemicals product range through retail and distribution channels.
- Expand distribution reach, appoint new distributors, and strengthen the retailer network.
- Drive sales targets, budgets, market penetration, and product visibility across the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, key retailers, contractors, builders, and other channel partners.
- Plan and execute BTL activities, promotions, product demonstrations, training,



and incentive programs.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, sales performance, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with HO and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- 12–14 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Construction Chemicals.
- Strong experience in retail and distribution sales, channel development, and team management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
